Vigan Part 1

Going to Vigan evokes nostalgia.  It is where one can appreciate Spanish architecture with their well preserved old houses and streets paved with stones so that only kalesas are allowed to pass there.   It was declared by Unesco as a World Heritage City.

When we went there, it was raining, so again a short photo op was all we did.
